CNIM and Bertin Technologies at Seanergy 2016
For the 2016 edition of Seanergy, the international convention dedicated to Marine Renewable Energies, on June 1st and 2nd 2016 in Biarritz, Bertin Technologies, a CNIM subsidiary will present Urabaila®, its fluvial and estuarine tidal turbine, now about to be commercialized.
Urabaila® - which means "dancing water" in Basque - is the result of a collaborative project funded by the state, the Aquitaine-Limousin-Poitou-Charentes and PACA regions. The objective is to develop a tidal turbine capable of generating electricity using the power of rivers or tidal estuary, with minimal environmental impact.For more information, visit the Bertin Technologies website.
