By decision of the Board of LAB SA last October 29, 2009, Stefano Costa was appointed Chairman of the Board of LAB SA.
In the same meeting, Thomas Feilenreiter has been appointed CEO of LAB and Christophe Cord'homme, Managing Director of LAB.
Thomas Feilenreiter retains his responsibilities as co-manager of LAB GmbH.
The organization of the Environmental Division remains unchanged.
