Defense and security

CNIM will take part in EURONAVAL at Le Bourget from October 23 to 26

Meet CNIM – on Stand G39 Hall 2B – at the Euronaval exhibition

Euronaval, the biennial world-leading exhibition in naval defense, security and maritime safety, is an outstanding meeting place for clients, experts and decision-makers representing navies from every corner of the globe.

As a player in naval defense since its founding in 1856, CNIM is a trusted partner in France and worldwide for the design and construction of amphibious craft and naval equipment meeting the special operational needs of naval forces, maritime players, systems manufacturers and shipyards.

On the occasion of the Euronaval exhibition, CNIM will present its amphibious crafts for force projection and its naval equipment for critical onboard functions.

Focused on its amphibious craft range, CNIM’s stand will be spotlighting:

  • The L-CAT Shore-to-shore whose improved speed and payload performances make it the best autonomous amphibious craft worldwide.
  • A new generation of vessels operated from a mothership will be shown for the first time.

L-CAT Shore-to-shore, the only vessel in the world capable of transporting 80 tonnes, at a speed of 25 knots or up to a sea state 6, of beaching in very shallow water (about 1 m deep) and accommodating a 44-person crew in optimal comfort.

For the first time at Euronaval, CNIM is unveiling its new naval equipment for surface vessels and submarines.

CNIM designs, manufactures and integrates weapon handling and storage systems, doors with complex kinematics that are perfectly integrated into their environments and fully compliant with user requirements while offering long service life, high performance water-tightening systems (water-tight membranes and seals), and critical suspension systems, notably for acoustic filtering and shock damping.
