Delisting of CNIM shares from the Paris Stock Exchange 

Following the opening of the liquidation of CNIM Groupe SA pronounced on November 15, 2022 by the "Tribunal de commerce de Paris", Euronext will proceed on January 31 to the delisting of CNIM shares - FR0000053399.

CNIM shares, which were already unlisted since January 2022, and therefore could not be traded, will become worthless.
